You choose who's behind the wheel

Every car shows which of these its owner offers, with the price for each before you book.

Self-drive

The car is yours for the trip. Bring a valid driving licence; we check it once in the app and you're set for every trip after.

With the owner's driver

No licence, no stress. The owner's own driver takes you there and back, at a daily driver rate the owner sets.

Chauffeur

For weddings, airport runs and long tours. A chauffeur for the whole trip, with night-halt charges shown up front.

How it works

  1. Search near you

    Pick your dates and city. See real cars from owners close by, with the full price for your dates.

  2. Verify once

    A quick KYC with your Aadhaar and, for self-drive, your driving licence. Done once, good for every trip.

  3. Book & confirm

    The owner accepts, you pay a small booking amount in the app through Cashfree, and the trip is confirmed.

  4. Pick up & go

    Photograph the car with the owner at handover, drive, and do the same at return. Rate each other after.

Safety & trust

Real people, checked properly

Lending or borrowing a car is a big deal. Here is what Drivzz does so both sides can say yes.

KYC for everyone

Renters and owners verify their identity. Self-drive renters also verify a valid Indian driving licence.

Papers on every car

Owners upload the RC and insurance, which you can open in the app during your trip. If a car's checks aren't finished yet, you see a clear caution before you book.

Photo check-in & check-out

Both of you photograph the car at handover and return, with odometer and fuel. It settles most questions before they start.

Location you control

During a trip the owner can see the car's location, or only the towns you pass through. You choose per booking. Location stops when the trip ends.

Payments through Cashfree

Pay the booking amount by UPI, card or net banking through Cashfree, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Drivzz never sees your card number.

Help from a person

Chat with support from inside the app or write to support@drivzz.com. Every booking has a clear record to work from.

Pip's tip: keep the booking and payment in the app. If a trip or payment is agreed outside Drivzz, we can't help with refunds, deposits or disputes for it.

No hidden charges, no "convenience fee" at the last step. You see the full price before you book.

If you rent

2% platform fee

Added to the trip price (rent, plus any driver, chauffeur or pickup charges the owner sets). It pays for verification, payments and support.

  • Shown as its own line before you pay
  • Refundable deposits only if the owner asks for one, returned after the return check
  • Extra km, extra days and approved tolls are added at the end, at the rates shown when you booked
If you own
5%commission on base rent, per booking. Nothing to pay if nobody books.
₹999/moflat plan. No per-booking commission, keep all your rent.
  • Commission is on base rent only, never on your driver, pickup or deposit
  • The plan pays off once your cars earn more than ₹19,980 a month
  • Switch plans from the app; existing bookings keep their price

Questions people ask Pip

What is Drivzz?

Drivzz is a marketplace that connects people who need a car with people who own one. Owners list their cars and set their prices; renters book them by the day. Drivzz verifies both sides, handles the booking and the online payment, and helps if something goes wrong.

Do I need a driving licence?

Only for self-drive. You need a valid Indian driving licence for the type of car, and you verify it once in the app. If you book with the owner's driver or a chauffeur, you don't need one.

Which documents do I need?

Renters: an Aadhaar card (a masked Aadhaar is fine) and, for self-drive, a driving licence. Owners: their own KYC plus the car's registration certificate (RC), a valid insurance policy and PUC certificate.

How do payments work?

To confirm a booking you pay a booking amount in the app, by UPI, card or net banking, through Cashfree Payments. The rest of the trip price is paid as shown on your booking: online in the app, or to the owner by cash or UPI if the owner allows it. Always get a receipt for anything you pay the owner directly.

Is there a security deposit?

Only if the owner of that car asks for one, and only for self-drive. The amount is shown on the car page before you book, and it is refunded after the return inspection, less any agreed damage or charges.

What if I need to cancel?

Each car has one of three cancellation policies, shown before you book: Flexible (full refund up to 24 hours before pickup), Moderate (full refund up to 72 hours before, 50% after that) or Strict (50% refund up to 7 days before, none after). If the owner cancels, you get everything back. See the refund and cancellation policy.

Does Drivzz track my location?

Only during an active trip, for safety and to settle disputes. You choose per booking whether the owner sees the live map or only the towns you pass through. Location sharing stops when the trip ends. Details are in our privacy policy.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. Your personal data is erased, except records the law requires us to keep. You can also ask us by email.
